In this time when change is part of the new normal, whether you have grown tired of what you have been doing or have been thinking of coming back to the workforce, come learn from our panel of experts how to do it.

Jeff Detweiler is the founder and Managing Partner of Ophelos Advisory Group, an Executive Search and Career Consultancy firm for businesses and individuals. He has deep experience in the banking & financial services space, with a fifteen-year track record of success in the industry. He speaks on talent acquisition trends and compensation best practices.
Kathryn Freund is an agency designer and creative turned recruiter and career coach. Her background includes social media strategy development, talent management and mentorship. She is a certified sound healer, Thanatologist and reiki practitioner which she brings to her coaching and recruiting practice.
Richard Lipstein is a veteran executive recruiter with Gilbert Tweed International. Before entering the executive search profession, he was a media executive and Wall Street banker. He is actively involved as a career coach and advisor at several local colleges including Pace and Columbia Universities and is regularly quoted in the media, including The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg and National Public Radio.
Rick Ruvkun is a career transition consultant with experience in recruiting and a career managing financial professionals who aligns a client’s core competencies to the job opportunity. His focus is on helping professionals “reinvent themselves” after long successful careers. He has an engineering degree from Stanford University and has a Masters in management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Moderator, Win Sheffield, is a career coach in private practice who made his own career transition from consulting and banking in 2003.
