At this point in the 21st Century, everyone knows something about how to conduct a job campaign. We know that networking is the way to go, that we need to have good answers to interview questions, that our resumes need to sell us. To a greater or lesser extent we are doing all that. And yet, we read that many people, perhaps including ourselves, have been unemployed for months.
